  • I - General conditions of sale

    Givec – Importação e Exportação Têxteis, S.A., owner of the GET IN VIBE registered trademark, with head office at Rua Nova do Corujo 4750-784 Vila Boa, Barcelos, Portugal, with the Corporate Taxpayer no. 503884685 is the controller for the processing your personal data and ensures that the data is processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner, in accordance with the requirements of the existing national legislation on this subject and in the General Data Protection Regulation – Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.


    How to buy
    The purchasing process is easy, fast and intuitive.
    To receive the products you would like to purchase, with total security and convenience, at an address of your choice, all you have to do is follow a few simple steps:
    • View the product and click on the item of your interest to access further details (product images, description, composition, reference, price, sizes and colours available).
    • Select the desired colour and size and add the item to the Shopping Cart.
    • In the Shopping Cart you have the possibility to change the quantity and even delete items.
    • You can also add items to the Favourites List and save them to order later or to suggest them to someone special. The list is available at your reserved area in My Account.
    • If you wish to complete your order, you must register and log in as a user, if you have not done so yet.
    • You can complete the purchase from the Shopping Cart.
    • When you complete the purchase, you will have to fill in the data required to place the order (invoice, shipping and payment information) and validate it. Meanwhile, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.

  • II - Delivery

    Delivery time

    2 to 4 business days. 
    Orders are delivered between Monday and Friday (except for local or national holidays). Delivery dates assume that there are no physical or structural impediments (e.g., incorrect addresses, force majeure, etc.).

    Orders will only be shipped once the proof of payment is received.

    When finalising the purchase, you may choose a delivery address for the shipment, which may or may not be the same as the invoice address.

    With the order confirmation, an e-mail is sent to you with a tracking number that you can use to locate your order, by accessing the carrier’s website.


  • III - Returns & Deliveries

    Warranty

    All our products are guaranteed for 2 years.

    CANCELLATION

    You must contact us through the email contact@getinvibe-store.com to inform your desistance. You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped free of charge.

    The refund will be made within 3-5 working days from the arrival of the return to our facilities.

    RETURNS

    You have a maximum of 14 days to make a return.

    You can return items in the following situations:

    By withdrawal

    The customer can return the article, as long as it keeps the original characteristics: label, proof of purchase and shows no signs of use.
    After confirming the initial conditions, the customer will be reimbursed
    This reimbursement can be made through a voucher to be used in a next purchase.
    By defect of the article

    The customer should contact contact@getinvibe-store.com informing of the state of the product and respective defects, within a maximum of 2 days. In the e-mail you should attach a photo of the defect so that we can process your complaint.
    If the defect or non-compliance is confirmed, the product will be replaced without any additional transportation costs.
    In case of stock rupture, the total amount paid will be refunded.

    EXCHANGES

    You have 14 days to make a return.

    To make a return you must follow the steps available in your customer area for Returns.

    You must put the item in its packaging without any trace of use along with the price tags and the respective invoice to be refunded the amount of your returned order.

    If you prefer, you can request a discount voucher for the amount to be refunded to use on future purchases in the GET IN VIBE online shop.
