  • How to buy

    The purchasing process is easy, fast and intuitive.

    To receive the products you would like to purchase, with total security and convenience, at an address of your choice, all you have to do is follow a few simple steps:

    • View the product and click on the item of your interest to access further details (product images, description, composition, reference, price, sizes and colours available).
    • Select the desired colour and size and add the item to the Shopping Cart.
    • In the Shopping Cart you have the possibility to change the quantity and even delete items.
    • You can also add items to the Favourites List and save them to order later or to suggest them to someone special. The list is available at your reserved area in My Account.
    • If you wish to complete your order, you must register and log in as a user, if you have not done so yet.
    • You can complete the purchase from the Shopping Cart.
    • When you complete the purchase, you will have to fill in the data required to place the order (invoice, shipping and payment information) and validate it. Meanwhile, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.

  • Delivery

    Delivery time

    2 to 4 business days. 

    Orders are delivered between Monday and Friday (except for local or national holidays). Delivery dates assume that there are no physical or structural impediments (e.g., incorrect addresses, force majeure, etc.).

    Orders will only be shipped once the proof of payment is received.

    When finalising the purchase, you may choose a delivery address for the shipment, which may or may not be the same as the invoice address.

    With the order confirmation, an e-mail is sent to you with a tracking number that you can use to locate your order, by accessing the carrier’s website.

  • Exchanges and Returns


    All our products have a 2-year guarantee.


    Please contact us at to inform your order cancellation. You can cancel your order at no cost if it has not yet been shipped.

    The refund will be made within 3-5 days once we have received the returned item at our facilities.


    You have a maximum of 14 days to complete a return.  

    You can return the item under the following circumstances:


    • The customer can return the item, provided it retains the original characteristics: tag, proof of purchase and has no traces of use.
    • Once the initial conditions are confirmed, the customer will be refunded.
    • This reimbursement can be made via a voucher to be used in a future purchase.

     Item defect

    • The customer should contact us at with information regarding the status of the product and respective defects, within a maximum of 2 days. Please attach a picture of the item defect to the e-mail, so that we may process your complaint.
    • If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed, the item will be replaced without any additional shipping cost.
    • If the item is out of stock, the full amount paid will be refunded.



    We do not exchange items.

    If you would like to exchange an item, you must return the item you no longer want and make a new purchase at our online store.


    Procedure for exchanges and returns

    You have 14 days to return your unworn items.

    If you need to send back items, please check for any instructions under returns in your customer account.

    You must place the item in the package without any trace of use along with price tags and invoice, to be refunded the value of your returned order.

    Alternatively, you can request a voucher to be used for future purchases on the GET IN VIBE online store.

  • How to create an account?

    Creating an account on the Get in Vibe website is very simple. Some essential personal data will be requested in order to speed up the purchase process. Just click on the button in the upper right corner of the website, on the option/icon "Sign in/Register".You must fill in the email in the option "Create Customer Account?", click on "Continue" and fill in all the requirements.

    At the end, just click "Finish".

    After clicking finish, you will be taken to your personal account, where you will have access to your profile and edit your personal data, you will be able to consult your address book, order history, returns/exchanges, stock alerts, discounts, notifications, cookies and even delete your account.

    Confirmation of the creation of your account is completed with the sending of an email by Get in Vibe.

  • I forgot my password, what should I do?

    If you have forgotten your password, simply request a new one in the customer area “Already a Registered Customer?”, and click on the option “Forgot your password?”. Just follow the steps and you will receive an email with the new password.
  • How to delete my customer account?

    Through the Get in Vibe customer account you can make online purchases in a simple and easy way.

    However, if you want to delete your account, just enter the client area and delete it. If you have any questions or difficulties, please contact us.
